Dr. Deborah Beck-Ross

I am a graduate of Texas A&M’s College of Veterinary Medicine class of 1984. I now live in Kennett Square, PA with my 2 children, son Stone (owner of Revived Furniture Removal) and daughter Kennedy (a freshman at Millersville University). Our fur-covered family includes 7 cats: Lyra, Blueberry, LMBE, Stewey, Six, Se’van, and Stink (pictured). Reading, watching Netflix, cooking, and playing Words with Friends are activities that I enjoy. I am also a “retired” 2nd degree Black Belt in Martial Arts (thanks to Master Heath at Dragon Gym Martial Arts in Glen Mills).

I have been part of the Penn Animal Hospital family for close to 15+ years. I have lived in the area for most of my life. I have been married for 28 years and have two daughters, 4 cats, 8 chickens and 2 bunnies. I truly enjoy coming to work and interacting with all the pets that come under our care. In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my family and fur babies.

Hi, I’m Joann! I was a travel agent for about 28yrs, but for years I had an enormous desire to work with animals in some capacity. When Covid hit and the travel industry took a nosedive, I knew this was finally my chance to switch gears, and I’m so grateful that PAH has given me the opportunity to realize my dream! Even with the challenges of learning a whole new job, nothing beats daily doggie kisses and kitty snuggles!

My husband Peter and I have 2 Siberian cats – Harry and Leo, and we’re planning to expand our fur-family by adopting a senior dog soon.

Hi! I’m Jenn. I’m a proud mom of 3 great kids and an even prouder grandma of twin boys. I live in Avondale with my boyfriend and son. We have a very spoiled cat named Baby. I’m very happy to be apart of the Penn Animal team!!

Little Man

Hi! My name is Little Man and I started working here 6 years ago. When I came to Penn Animal, it was apparent that my services were needed……desperately… and I was hired on the spot. I’ve been completely and utterly a work-aholic ever since without a moments rest. Needless to say, the ladies couldn’t do it without me and I am here for good and never going anywhere.
If you know of anyone that needs some support staff, don’t ask for me, I’m already booked with these crazy ladies.

Hi, my name is Ceecee, short for Cecilia; meaning “the blind one”. I’m so happy to be apart of Penn Animal Hospital and boy do I love it here! I may not be the eyes of Penn Animal Hospital, but I am definitely the ears of it!! I hear everything! I guess the staff just needed another emotional supporter, since I’m a great listener! I really like my co-workers, they are very sweet & give me lots of toys. Little Man just loves me, we’re best buds. Little Man really needed me, so I was hired right away. I look forward to hearing everyone’s stories.

Hi! My name is Bunni & I am very shy but I am slowly coming out of my shell. I really like it here at Penn Animal Hosp., they feed me & talk really nice to me! It’s way better than being out in the wilderness! DQ is my cool uncle and he is my favorite( shhh!!! Don’t tell Little Man or CeeCee that, it might hurt their feelings!) I may stay at a distance but I love attention! I even started letting the staff pet me, it’s not as bad as I thought!

Hi, I’m Lindsay! I’ve lived in Pennsylvania most of my life and recently moved back here from Arizona. I have grown up around all kinds of animals and worked at a dog groomer/boarder for 7 years. I have 3 dogs and 1 cat. I rescued and trained a timid pit bull who traveled across the country to live with me in PA. In my spare time, I enjoy working out, practicing yoga, and traveling to National Parks.

Hi, I’m Reed. I currently live in Quarryville PA with my two kids, Weston and Tyson. We currently have a dog, cat, and 2 rabbits. I have owned and been involved with a variety of animals my whole life, and I grew up riding horses. In my free time, I enjoy line dancing, being outdoors, and spending time with my boys.
